Review content:
I recently purchased a house in Worcester that was built back in 2005 and the land was original surveyed by B& R Surveyors. On November 24th 2008 I contacted B&R and spoke to Rob who said he would send me a quote that night to stake out the property lines. I waited 4 days and never received the quote. I tried several time to contact B&R after that and never got a call back.. My realtor was finally able to get in touch with B&R 2 weeks after Rob said he would send me a quote. On December 15th 2008 I gave B&R a deposit of $275 The contract I signed stated the job would be done 1 week after a signed contract and deposit was received. 2 Weeks went by and the job was still not done and my closing date was fast approaching. My mortgage company took it upon them self to send there surveyor to do the job which cost me an additional $300. B&R agreed to refund me part of my deposit back on January 5th and said I would have it by the end of the week. Well almost 3 weeks later I still do not have the refund. \r
\r
I would not recommend B&R to anybody. \r
