We'd been looking off and on for a house to buy and ran into some other realtors that didn't seem to understand what we wanted.. Richters have an amazing amount of patience and their experience with property rehab's and management was very helpful because they can tell you what it costs to repair various things as you walk through a house that you are considering. I can't even remember how many houses we looked at but it was a lot! We are very happy with our home and when it comes time to sell it we will call them for sure.
