I wanted to take this moment to compliment this Hospital and it's staff for a very pleasant experience over the last 2 days. I recently had to admit my son for apecdectomy. From the moment we entered the emergency room, thru the process of cordination of films, Cat Scan, lab work and so on, it was pleasant. Whenever you take any family member to a situation like this, it is always a concern of do they really care. I really felt the professionalism, the nice attitude, and the effort under the circumstances to keep every patient comfortable and feeling important. I wish I could remeber all of the names of those who helped, but I did start to take notice of name tags after awhile. The admitting young lady was very nice, the receptionnist nice and promt, the first Dr that saw us in the hallway waiting for results of Cat Scan, The tech who performed the scan, the younman who took lab work, all very cool. Dr Eession, very relaxing and confident, Janice in the post op recovery, The anathiesiologists, the nurse that helped in pre op, nurse Kim who took care of him after surgery and all her help. It is impossible for me to name all, but the file will show that on Monday (10-6-08) at 2:30 pm we entered your hospital for a very routine procedure, but still my son, and left on Tuesday (10-7-08) at 4 pm and could not be happier. I want to thank all of you involved for your kindness. professionalism, and making me feel that Travis White was the most important person you were treating. Thanks, his Dad.
