Our waitress spilled my friends soda on her lap, normally not a big deal. But when she NEVER apologized, didnt clean up the mess and NEVER replaced the soda we started to get pissed. The buss boy who barely mopped the floor and left the table dripping with sticky soda and ice cubes, slammed the metal chair causing us all the jump and half the restaurant to turn around didn't blink an eye. When we told our waitress about his aggressive behavior she responded by informing us that, ""that's just the way he is"". What?! We were still charged for the soda that my friend never drank and my other friends calzone was overcharged by $5.00. We told the manager about our experience. He never apologized, he just told us we didnt have to pay for the soda. Our waitress didnt drop off the bill, some random bus boy did.
Pros: cheap food, comic value
Cons: terrible service
