Stay away from this outfit. They are nasty people and their drivers and vans are not safe. I was scheduled for a round trip with them but decided on going only one way because of the following problems: 1) The driver, Steve, told me he could not enter the terminal or he would be arrested (!) 2) the van had a badly damaged windshield; and 3) the van smelled of cigarette smoke. I told Steve I would not be using the return portion of my ticket and would only pay the one-way fare. This was not okay with Steve. He told me he would kick me out of the van if I did not pay the full RT fare of $109, even though I was only going one way. This was at 11:30 PM. I had a knee injury & required a wheelchair at the airport. Being stranded at that hour was not an option. I had no choice but to pay the full round trip fare. Steve promised me the office would give me a refund of the difference between the round trip and one-way fare. I called their office 6 times over the next two weeks & never reached the owner or received a refund. The first person I spoke to, Peggy, was really rude. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
