Review content:
Though my husband has had good experiences with very simple repairs I myself had a terrible experience. I had a 300 dollar pair of four month old boots that needed a zipper replaced and a scuffed heel fixed. The man at the store said it would take a week, I called and dropped by over the course of a month and a half, each time being told to call or come back in a week. Finally I called ready to just pick the boots up. They told me they had done everything they copuld but they just couldn't fix them. When I came by to pick them up, they handed me the boots literally in pieces, completely destroyed. They were very rude and dismissive. They wasted my time and completely destroyed my shoes! They didn't even apologize much less mend what they had done or offer to get them repaired somewhere else.
