I have been a loyal customer of Goodmans, going on20 years. Last week I purchased a $6.99 bag of pellets for my pellet stove, my only source of heat. The bag had been taped up. Apparently the bag was taped because the pellets were exposed to moisture. Once I put the "pellets" in my stove I realized it was mostly sawdust. This sawdust clogged the gears and the stove doesn't work. I want Mr Zviky the owner of Goodmans to fix this stove or a least speak to me. He sold a defective product.. I have called him numerous times to contact him, COMPLETE STONEWALL The man knows my two kids and I have a stove he broke and he refuses to deal. Goodmans????.
