Three years ago, I chanced upon Pro Rod Auto Repair. I was pleased to have met Roberto Ponce. He brought me into the repair area, carefully explaining what he would be doing with my car. When I asked for a list of items I needed to repair on my 20 year Toyota Corolla, Roberto made a list from most urgent to least important. When I was involved in a car accident, Roberto guided me toward the best auto purchase. He inspected the cars I considered purchasing and suggested what would be the best auto for me. As a female, Roberto is thoughtful and straightforward, and in no way misleading. He is upfront and honest. My car is always in good condition with his care. He is concerned about my safety on the road.
