Anonymous is nuts! My husband and I have lived here for over a year now. Our lease wont be up till June. We rent a studio for 1065$ a month. Here is what we got for our money: The place is intolerable during the summer for the heat. We try to leave the windows open but can't because the noise. People WILL and DO party outside in the court( last time till 3:30am on a Tuesday morning). The management does nothing about it and will only reply that they didn't them. First response is not first response, they are no response ( this is the company that is supposed to keep the apartments quiet at night). I had to move out while my husband stays till the lease is done. You can't get any sleep even on a week night. No matter how many times you complain they do nothing. I hear that there will be fewer apartments with all of them changing to condos soon. Take this place as the absolute last place you want to live in Seattle.
