After visiting Dr, Trapani we were told everything looks good and he will see us next visit. Returned for the second visit and was told by Dr. Volk who we didn't know, because she did not introduce herself, we read her name tag, explained to us all the work that will need to be done on our child. We were confused because how much could change in six months? We decided to have a second opinion. We called and requested a copy of the pan. We were told, the pan was over one year old. We have not lived here for one year. So we did not understand? And if we wanted that copy the charge was $55.00. We also found out, they did not accept our insurance because we read the top of the file folder, we were not told that. We heard of this disaster once before. A patient had all the work done and braces added, later to find, they did not accept the insurance. We agree, Dr. Trapani is wonderful doctor, maybe he should know what is going on in his office and with the other staff people he has hired.
