My weight problem has been a struggle since I can remember. I almost gave up but decided to try Diet and Weight Loss Centers when my friend mentioned that their Weight Loss Coaches were great to deal with and really give you quality support (I think most of them actually did the program as well). Anyway, I really like the way I was treated and felt that they actually took the time to understand my specific situation rather than just forcing one solution that may not be right for me. And no prepackaged foods. Been there done that and not interested in having to buy meals that leave me right where I started when I start buying normal food again.
