Wow! It's hot outside. Need a place to cool off? Seven Peaks is a great place for the whole family. I love the kids' splash area. I have a 4 year old who's a little afraid of the big stuff and she can spend all day in the kids' area. The water is shallow. There's a little play gym with a slide into the water and a tunnel underneath. There's lots of different "squirting" and "spraying" opportunities as well. For the little bit older group, there's some smaller water slides that my 6 year old loves. The water's a little bit deeper than the kids area, but still only 2-3 feet deep. There's also a waterfall that's fun to sit under. There are Activity Pools with ropes swings and balancing fun. There's a lazy river and fun wave pool, as well, with a beach area. There's lots of attractions for the older crowd, teens and such. But with my younger kids, I don't go to that area. There's lots of water slides: ones to ride on tubes and others just for speed. The drawbacks: Price (not cheap), parking costs, very crowded..... lots of teenagers with very little clothing. Cost: $18.50 for ages 12+ $14.50 for ages 4-11 FREE for 3 and under Parking: $4.00 + tube rentals, locker rentals, cabana rentals, pavillion rentals.
