I had to leave my dog for the first time at a kennel. He WAS a happy sweet guy when I left. He had a raw neck from scratching and his nails were bleeding when I returned,, The said Oh he must have been bored. Nothing is free not even what they SAY is a walk.. they give the dogs no human contact and just open the small hot run for the 10 minutes that you have paid for a walk and then lock them back up. The mandatory bath for when you pick them up??? you pay for that too and they come out wet and smelly.. My poor dog has been traumatized and is now afraid of me as if he were in trouble,.. Dog owners, please beware.. a horrible horrible place for a pet...
