Review content:
We had a new hot water tank installed in May 2013. Service was professional and fast like they say. I believe they were able to come out the day after we called, which was great because it allowed us to take advantage of a special financing offer through Home Depot. We'd had a bid done by another company that was over $1000 more than Fast's bid before taxes. Even still, all of the things that needed to get done to be up to code were taken care of. The other company we'd had give us an estimate told us we needed all of the same things, so I feel like we were given a fair and honest estimate of what we needed.
The employee who did the install was excellent. He always knocked before coming in the house (the water heater is in our garage), and he explained everything that needed to be done as well as what he'd done and where everything was when he was finished. And he was very patient when I asked that he wait a few minutes so that my husband could hear it all too. I also appreciated that they were on time. I'm currently caring for our new baby, so it was nice that when I tried to time her feeding around their visit they actually showed up when I was told they would.
To be honest, they do offer you $25 to post 2 reviews. That said, they don't say you have to post favorable reviews to take advantage of the offer. I'm not one to normally write reviews, so $25 is certainly a motivator to do so. Fortunately for them I'm writing a good one because I feel they deserve it. Thank you!
