They are wonderful. Really great. Ally was great. My husband was stranded with our work truck in the Santa Cruz mountains. I made one phone call to Winchester Transmission & Services, and they provided me with a tow service, since it was difficult to get one out there to the summit.
I also told him now we're out of a business and asked if he knew someone with a truck for rent. My son went to a rental place across the street and was quoted two-times as much for a truck, but Patrick made a call for us and asked someone to give us a break since we were out of business. We got a truck for cheaper, they did our repairs, and in two days, we were back in business.
He's great. I've been passing out their card. They did excellent. They said what they were going to, did it very quickly, and absolutely saved our life.
