We bought a lot of furniture (bedroom, den,office pieces etc including living room reclining furniture from Brown Squirrel furniture June 2012.The living room furniture started wearing badly in 2 months.Notified Brown Squirrel about the furniture fading.The lady stated since it had been in our home for 3 days the furniture could not be exchanged.Offered to replace worn areas in furniture.We did not want the furniture after we found out on our own that the material was bonded leather.A guy came out Dec on 19th 2013 and here it is June 19,2013 not a word although the president promised to work with us. If you buy furniture at Brown Squirrel do your own research first. They will tell you nothing about the quality of furniture you are buying. An experience that I can't seem to shake.I felt we were taken advantage of .An experience We know it was a high price to pay from what we learned.Wasted money for an elderly couple.Hard earned money we had worked hard for.It is a shame.Just beware and do research before buying.
