Review content:
I didn't expect to find an authenic Italian restaraunt off Aurora in Everett. I've been to a lot of Italian restaraunts attempting to recapture the taste of Italian I got while spending time in Italy last year. For months I had discovered wonderful food in the area, but something lacking in authenticity.
Along came a dinner date at Gianni's. The menu carried a variety of Italian dishes from all over the country. From the pesto to marinara to the cream sauce, the authentic taste of the food is apparent to those who have experienced dining in Italy. While the service is strong, the surroundings are only adaquate, the location/parking isn't ideal, and the restaurant is very intimate, lending itself poorly for groups.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone living between Marysville and Bothell who wants to take a small group to taste a wide variety of authentic Italian flavors.
Pros: Authentic Italian, Reasonably Priced, Large Menu Selection
Cons: Parking, Too Small For Groups
