Review content:
I really hate exercise but I have been hearing so many wonderful things about yoga and palates. I was little intimidated at first being a beginner because I did not want to look like a fool. Luckily they offer many classes for different level so you feel comfortable. The first couple for weeks the process was very challenging. However I had a great instructor that helped me out. The classes are not too big so you do not feel trapped and every is so pleasant and calm. I am no longer a beginner and now I find my self trying to get new people to join in on the fun! I love it and I ma so much healthier too.
