I'm Debbie (Partner at VDR). This is response to Thomas K. I am sorry that you had a bad experieince at our shop. I will deny that we ever rig cars so that we can do repairs. We proudly display our Better Business Bureau accreditation sign along with our Code of Ethics sign. I wonder why you did not file a complaint with the BBB if you thought we were ripping you off. We have been in business for almost 20 years. I don't think we could stay in business if we ran a crooked business. By the way I spoke with the Police dispatch & to a police officer. They both told me that the Police Dept is strictly prohibited from commenting on a business (good or bad). If you want to bring in your receipts we will review them & refund any money spent on unneeded repairs.
