Businiess name:  Daquila Hair Color Studio

Review content:
This Deborah Daquila, owner of Daquila Hair Color Studio. This seems to be the only way with Citysearch to respond to reviews. My response to Eunice's review is simply when you have black, red, and black hair it is not possible to leave in 1 or two appointments with brown hair and beige highlights. It seemed impossible to communicate that. With Kathy K..there is too much to address as this review is insulting professionally and personally. Professionally there is a protocol established by me for new clients. The first question is ""What do you like about what you already have and what do you dislike."" The only thing this reviewer liked was her cut. There was several inches of her natural brown hair, followed by a copper band, followed by several inches of gold hair with light highlights going through it. That hair is now referred to as ""beautiful honey blond hair."" I spent several hours trying to fix as much as possible in one appointment even though she had booked for a ""color touch up."" We get an inordinate amount of corrective colors in my salon because of our reputation for quality. Going forward we will not only continue with an established consultation protocol but have created a form that puts in writing what was discussed during the consultation that has to be signed. For the personal attack I leave it to you to read all of my other reviews on sites...We were insulted, bullied and threatened by this client for work done by other salons.
