I was really excited to go to the salon after reading reviews online. However, once I got there, I was treated somewhat rudely as if I didn't belong (I was dressed up in office clothes). After I spoke with the stylist, I became a little nervous because my hair is very curly and can't be cut like most other hair. Unfortunately, the stylist did attempt to cut my hair as if it were straight, then declined to finish blowdrying it leaving me with a wet and frizzy mess to walk out with. The product she put in my hair didn't help smooth my curls, it just made my hair sticky. I had plans for the evening, but had to cancel in order to rewash and attempt to style my hair. I ended up with 3 distinct layers that looked like some type of mullet when I wore my hair curly. I was really upset and disappointed at how my hair turned out and I was charged more than quoted because of my length and thickness (for shampooing, I assume). I will never go back, as I felt my directions were ignored and I was treated poorly because I didn't look as if I ""fit in"".
