Wow! Kam is the name of the incompetent Manager who pretended to service my vehicle. The same minor problem kept reoccurring and I took it back 3 times. Each time Kam said the problem had been fixed, but since it wasn't, I finally took it to another service center who said that my brakes are now ""metal on metal;"" he was amazed that I was able to use the brakes at all. Kam actually told me that new brake pads had been installed, but he never did the work. He didn't actually do anything but lie to me. I drove this car down mountain roads and it's lucky I didn't go flying off the road. I AM CONSIDERING A LAWSUIT, BUT WILL BE CONTACTING THE MIDAS CORPORATE OFFICES, FIRST. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
