Review content:
just today I called to place a ""pick up"" order- I know it is Mothers Day and I know how busy they can be- but I was left on hold for over 45 minutes, I finally hung up. I think someone could have picked up the phone and simply said - we are at capacity- it would be an hour before we can get your order ready- something instead of just letting someone sit on hold (I wanted to see how long it would be before they picked up or hung up.) I am very dissapointed- we have had used them for catering family get togethers many times, and we have been there to dine at least 3 times a month since their old location. But it only takes one bad memory to throw you off and now I will be searching for a new family restaurant, I did get through over an hour later and let a manager know, but I don't know that they really cared. I think we will be going to Atria's at the cloverleaf from now on- they have very good fresh food and it is a pleasant atmosphere!
