Professional, informative and helpful! Great Customer service if you are looking for heating, cooling or electric needs. Michael Lia , was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was the best servicemen we have had come to our house. My husband and I felt confident in his knowledge, and were very impressed with how hard he worked to get our water heater up and running. He showed up promptly and was thorough in his assessment of our problems. We had our old water heater removed and new one installed in a timely, and thorough manner. I rarely write reviews for service, but was so impressed by Michael Lia and this company I wanted to let others know they are in good hands!\r
