Review content:
I moved in two months ago, and I have to say I find the staff to be friendly and personable. I was concerned when I read all these bad reviews, but when I went to check out the apartments for myself, I was pleasantly surprised at how overblown they are. OT8 is all about community, and I've already made friends. There is a great core group of renters here who have been around for 10 years or more, and we always have a good time hanging out in the leasing office with coffee and cookies. I also appreciate that the gym is open 24 hrs., since I'm a ballet instructor and work late hours so I need to go use the gym late at night. The apartments were built in the 50's and the size reflects that, but my apartment is clean and gets great sunlight.
