Review content:
I called Old Reliable Pest Control to help with the rat problem in my property. They ended up setting three stations, with feeding boxes, throughout the house. The boxes did nothing to lessen the problem. It also did not help that their staff did not bother to check my kitchen cabinets or look underneath the sink, in my cabinets, or anywhere else, to see where the rats were coming from. I ended up just having the boxes pulled and hiring another pest control company to take care of the problem.
I am extremely disappointed in the gentleman who came out. He seemed knowledgeable but he was just not through. The other company that came out checked different areas in the house and found that the rats had broken through the wood underneath my kitchen sink. I have spent $3000 having everything cleaned out.
In addition, when Old Reliable came to collect their boxes, they took all three but only documented having taken two. They ended up accusing my gardener of taking one of their boxes and were charging me a $75 fee to replace it. It was just an unsatisfactory experience.

When our customers are not satisfied, We are not satisfied. Therefore, we sincerely apologize for not being more diligent while we were playing phone tag. We are thankful that you were able to have your handyman work completed and take it very seriously when we fall short of the standards that we have built our company on.
We value feedback from our customers and we are continually working to improve our customer satisfaction. We will use this experience as an opportunity to do better in future similar situations. Our phones and electronic communications are manned 10 hours a day 7 days a week. Again we appreciate your feedback.
