My Opinion : these are rip-offs,con-artists that call themselves real estate agents who scammed me out of application fees,credit fees and deposit fees..after my experience with this office I decided to look the agents up in a public license search and found the agent I dealt with had NO LICENSE. How do these people get away with running a business this way? Now they are sitting here making false reviews to create a 'well liked office'. I HAVE DEALT with LOTS of Real Estate offices in the Downtown Bklyn area.When I mention my experience with Awaye Realty it seems as if this office already ha a bad reputation. Everyone should beware & research prior to using this office.
