I had my brownstone on the market for 6 months with another well-known realtor and had not gotten one serios offer. Once I gave the listing to Arlene, of Awaye Realty she had an offer within a week. She was easy to work with, led me thru the selling process and advised me of the best way to show my home. she took care of all the details leading up to the open house and made sure the house was always neat and in good working order. any incidentals that occured before closing she was personally involved in to resolve. I have recommended her to my family and friends who were looking to sell or buy a home and they all had the same positive experience with her and her staff.
Pros: very focused on achieving the end result for her clients
