Do not buy a gift certificate from this business, they do not honor the law which is two years in Tn before expiration. I have been a good loyal customer who spends at the least 50.00 per visit more often over 100.00. I bought certificate for family and friends from them in addition to recommending them. They not only would not honor a certificate less than 1 yr old but got rude, suddenly decided they couldn t speak English. On top of that they told me they had sold the business at first and I would need to speak to the new owner. When I asked the old owners husband for the new owner s name and number he told me it wasn t the new owners problem it was the previous owner s problem and they had sold the company. When I pointed out that the old owner was his wife and himself he shoved the certificate at me, laughed in my face and said we don t have to follow your laws. So there you have it....its ridiculous to refuse to honor a gift certificate for a service. Ridiculous. I will not go back, I will post everywhere about this and I have contacted the state of TN.
