These guys are awesome. I went in there today in search of what I was certain to be a hard to find valve stem. The guy took one look at it and not only immediately knew what brand of shower fixture I had but the development where I lived. That is some serious plumbing knowledge!!\r

They double-checked their part and explained to me all details I needed to be aware of while placing it in and what to do if there was any trouble. Totally amazing customer service and I was glad to part with my money at this establishment and will certainly use them for any of my future plumbing needs.
