POOR!!! was extrememly excited to see a location so close to my home that does swimming for dogs. I had one nice girl (the first time) and everytime after that my dog and I were treated like un worthy goers. You think that the employees and owner of the business would treat you decently after spending 200 dollars there within a month ...I guess not! The instructors lie to you about your dogs success rate just to get you to come back and spend more money!! And when you are done with your session you barely have time to get out the door they ask you to leave immediately (in a rude manner)...I guess once they get your payment you are trash beneath their feet!! They insult ted my dog's personality saying that she isnt trained well (I assure you she was trained extensively by the time she was 11 weeks and she is now 5 months...other trainers always say how impressed they are with her behavior and skills) these people make you seem like you have a horrible dog so they can get more money by signing you up for their other classes...when you really dont need to! They are not warm and friendly..never get a nice greeting when you come in...just ask for the payment right away..and the last instructor i had was watching the 20 minute time and said she couldnt wait until it was up ...really?? That doesnt make me want to come back at all!! This place is a bit too pricey to be treated so poorly!! This place...unfortunately...cares more about the dollar signs than your fury companion,,, I do not trust these people..and will do business elsewhere...where they actually love to see you come with your pet!
