Mile High Coatings was very professional. They returned all phone calls and listened to my requirements and desires. They were very pleasant to deal with. There are two different things here though: the outcome and the way they manage their business. They manage their business very professionally. The quotes were well done and stuck to. It was a good experience dealing with them and their crew. However, I requested a product that was not appropriate for this application. They didn't inform me that it was inappropriate and I'm displeased with the end result. This is nothing to do with the coating or how they applied it, but now I have to have 2/3 of the job redone. They didn't do a bad job and leave me hanging or anything. They just did a great job with the wrong product, and it's their fault for not warning me that the product I requested was wrong.
