Review content:
I will never go back to a place that tries to rip people off and sell them things that they don't need. I took my car in for a safety inspection, which I paid up front for, and they didn't pass me because they said that I needed knew tires. I asked my father who is very knowledgable about cars and he said that I didn't need tires and that they were trying to sell me tires that I didn't need. When I asked for a refund from Firestone because I wasn't getting a safety inspection, they wouldn't give me one. I took my car to another safety inspection place and they passed me right away. When I went back to Firestone to ask for a refund, they gave me one and I thought the incident was done, only to find out that they later called DMV to report the other safety inspection place. \r
I do not respect any business that is not going to try to sell you something that you don't need so that they can make a profit or turn other businesses in for not doing ""their job"" when the other business is doing a better job then them. \r
I will never go back there and I encourage everyone else not to, unless you like being taken advantage of, which I am sure no one does.\r
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Trying to rip people off by selling people tires they don't need
