over a year ago, Mack asked to review my policies. He did and then mentioned that i was in pretty ""good hands"" elsewhere. Talk about no pressure! About 8 months ago, i found that a boat I had; and was out on the water on wasn't covered. The boat that didn't run, however was. Fortunately, Mack found this before I did, and better yet, before I needed coverage. He then took over all of my accounts and has done 2 things I really like. 1st, saved me some money. 2nd, shown me in no uncertain terms how his service far exceeds that of any insurance agent I've ever had. His photo is next to customer service in Websters Dictionary!
