Disappointing unresponsiveness from manager after delivery staff left off the salads from previous order we placed. Sacrificed our business with the excuse they are already losing money by working with GrubHub, after same manager Tony promised to make it up on a repeat order. If your employee doesn't deliver what you ordered, and you don't oversee their work in your 3rd generation business, then you should step up and cover your employee's mistakes. Do business in the 21st century. When previous order was delivered very late, we called to enquire, and without hearing the reason for the call, the woman who answered spouted they were closing. Have a conversation to make sure you are covering what your patrons ordered, or don't expect repeat business. We tried them several times over the years and find the food very overrated, the service lacking.
