Just the other day I had the best experience when I went to Aamco in West St Paul because my 2002 truck was locked in 4wd and it would not come out of 4wd. This might be fine for a few days on the road but It consumes a lot of gas, especially since I have to drive across the cities. I walked in and within 10 minutes Ryan (at the front desk) had not only lifted my truck but also had it already diagnosed. He and his tech Jessie brought me into the shop to show me exactly what needed to be done and even repaired a seal even though my 1.5 year old rebuilt transmission was out of warranty, they still honored the warranty. Ryan ran a few numbers and then I asked him ""ok and your estimate won't change because I have had bad luck with other places"" he said absolutely the price won't change. So I went for it and they got it done exactly at the time they said they would have it done. I was thrilled! They didn't over charge, they didn't change the price, they diagnosed the problem accurately, Ryan and Jessie were both very curteous and helpful, and they completed the project right on time! I'll definitely come back here every time. Thanks gentlemen for you very good service!
