Review content:
As someone who owns 2 coffee houses and a managing partner for a restaurant group, I was amazed at the complete lack of service from the 3 women that where working during our 2 visits from Milwaukee. They had the attitude that we and the other customers in the cafe were an inconvenience. They never greeted us, just stared at us. Never said Thank You, God forbid. Never asked us what they could get for us. Never smiled. Never said goodbye when they had the opportunity. Looked like they literally crawled out of bed. \r
And then to top it off, one of the gals working there had a tizzy fit because we moved a small table next to another table to accomodate the 6 people that we had brought to the cafe (to spend MONEY!!). She then made us move and proceeded to put the table back where it was......in front of a clearly marked fire exit!! Not only incredibly rude, but also illegal. Hard earned dollars are just that, hard earned. On my next visit, I think I might find another place to hang out for my morning brew and spend my hard earned dollars. They're just too cool for me.
Pros: good coffee and food
Cons: horrible service
