Ok, it's not Bourbon Street really. They do have iron railings, and some gas lights, but the atmosphere is as Bourbon Street as Times Square. A buncha Preservation Hallists, playing dixieland on clarinet... er... afraid now. How 'bout AC/DC?? BeeGees? At ear-splitting volume? See what I'm talking about? Our waiter was from New Zealand.\r On the other hand, the crew, Maitress d', waiter, waitress, entire staff was cool, friendly, and as accommodating as a (insert your own simile here.) The found us a table in a quieter place, served us, took our pictures, were all-round great to us. Not a bad place, if you don't think of the name. --Drink Club NYC is a roving group of NYC drinkers Pros: great service, nice tables upstairs, accommodating staff Cons: music very far from Bourbon Street
