I was formerly using Peninsular Pest Control, however, my lawn was not doing any better for some time. I was contacted by Southern Green in regards to them being able to make my lawn lush, green and one of the best in the neighborhood. I decided to give them a chance, after being ""harassed"" by them for my business for a period of time. Once I made the decision, it was not only my yard, but my aunts next door and also my mothers yard which is two doors down. This was a huge mistake to allow them to service these yards. After 3 months of being lied to, not able to get any of my calls returned by the sales rep who I agreed to do business with and much frustration on the service that they provided.....I have FIRED them. Their customer service rep, Paul, is one of the most rude and inconsiderate persons that I have ever talked to. Their service manager sprayed my yard, my aunts and my mothers 7 days ago and after voicing my frustration to him he stated that the next two treatments would be at no charge for all three yards, they came back today and guess what, left me a bill. The service manager even made the comment that the tech was not using the correct chemicals and he gave me his word that I would see improvement, if I gave them a chance. If you are looking for disappointment, lip service and no results this is the company you want. I am going to make sure that I inform anyone that I can about their service. Tried to write a review on the Better Business site, however, they are not a member....this should have been my first sign.
