After spending $411, and 4 visits over the span of 3 weeks - this guy told me that the schedule wasn't working out, and we'd have to take off time from work to be able to get him to come back.... AFTER 3 WEEKS OF HIM COMING IN TO TRY TO FIX OUR REGRIGERATOR. \r

Worst customer service in my life, and the kicker is - he actually made our refrigerator WORSE OFF. At first it was simply that the freezer was too cold and the refrigerator too warm - now the freezer won't make ice and the lights won't work. \r

Do NOT trust these guys anywhere near your appliances if you value your time and money.
