Review content:
I was directed to El's Auto Body through Progressive. The only complaint I has is that they took a lot longer than expected, though of course they did a complete paint job on the car. They did an excellent job painting it. The workmanship is really good, but they had the car for 4 or 5 months.
The customer service side was excellent. He was very attentive and always called me back when I tried to reach him. I never, ever had to call him multiple times to get him to respond. He was very attentive to my service request and to when I wanted questions answered.
His follow up is really good. The car went back in for a couple of minor things that were missed. It took a couple of days and everything is fine now. The service was very good. They didn't blame me for anything, or try to get out of anything, which other body shops have done.
It was very easy to work with them and easy to tell him what was wrong. It is a family-run business. The most important thing is that every single person there was knowledgeable about my case, knew what was going on, and were very nice.
