Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of business. I've never in my life written a review, but after the experience I had here, I felt inclined to comment. Tanya, ""the manager"" was very confrontational. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect as a customer. The staff made snarky remarks about my clothing, she sold me a package that I didn't want and was very aggressive, to the point that I did not feel comfortable. I was going to have to wait at least 30 mins to use it, so I wanted to do a different package and she said that I couldn't change it. I ended up waiting over an hour, not 30 mins, and all I wanted was my $35 bucks back for a highly overpriced spray tan after being treated with such attitude. She then decided to tell me that ""she didn't need my attitude"", I told her that I was sorry that she was going to have to stay late on a friday night, not my fault. She said she did it intentionally because she had a meeting. So there are 5 of us in the waiting area and she continues to conduct a ""meeting"" with 5 other employees, right in front of us. All of us were really uncomfortable as she talked about ""George"" and how he has control issues and basically is a crappy owner. One girl even said that she tried calling him once and he yelled at her that she should only email him. She then continues to talk about us ""the customers"" as if we are not even there. She gives tips for deceiving customers and to basically fight them. This doesn't surprise me, because this was exactly the attitude her and her employees gave me. I understand that you can't do refunds (I guess), but maybe under the circumstances of over an hour wait, the purchase being made literally 2 mins ago, and the customer being extremely uncomfortable, maybe you could do a better job at customer service. As a healthcare provider (I only spray tan, btw) there are plenty of times I have unhappy customers, my patients are very sick, but I still find the maturity and professionalism to handle the situations well. If I were the owner, I definitely would not let a ""manager"" train employees to act in the same poor way they do. I would not let someone like that represent my business and cost me money.
