Ordered pick-up through GrubHub. Waited twenty minutes and walked over - I arrived five minutes after the specified pick-up time on the order. When I got there they didn't even have a GrubHub order from me yet. It took them about give minutes, and finally someone came over and told me that the order had JUST beed faxed in.
I was finally told that it would take "less than five minutes" to make the food, which was strange because I had ordered two different chicken sandwiches. The last time I checked chicken took more than 5 minutes to cook. The wait was more like 10 minutes, making the total wait-time for my food about 45 minutes (this was supposed to be a quick lunch in between classes). As a result, I didn't have time to finish my food before going to class. Also, the chicken in my chicken parmesan sandwich was still partly pink because they rushed to make my order.
