I have been going to Advanced Technical Repair for a handful of years now and not once have I ever had an unpleasant experience; even when Mark has to give me expensive news about my car!!! All members of Mark's team are willing and ready to explain what they are doing and sometimes they might even bring you into the garage to show you for yourself where your car is in need of help. This openness and honesty with their work reassures and comforts me. I know they are taking care of me and my car and not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in regards to repairs and necessary maintenance on my car. Other important customer service points: My questions are always welcome, they squeeze me in when I am early and do everything they can to keep my costs down. In my humble opinion, there is no doubt that Advanced Technical Repair is the Valley's Best Repair Shop and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here and Mark is open for business.\r
