They came right away, gave me an estimate and explained what was going on. I was in a rush because I was trying to refinance, and they worked me in as quickly as possible. They were quick to respond to any questions and the installers did a really good job. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 9:00 and they arrived at 8:30. They worked all day and they did not leave a mess. They did run into some problems, but they were able to fix them.
My interactions with their customer service people have been very helpful. I worked closely with Wanda, who helped me contact different financing places. We also worked a lot through email, which was very helpful for me because I was traveling. Everything went smoothly.
