Review content:
I called in the morning and Duct Cleaning Twin Cities gave me a time slot from 12-2. At 2:15 I called to see where they were and there was a misunderstanding and they couldn't come until 5pm. It was inconvenient to my whole day and they did not reach out to tell me the change.
I felt they were in and out really quickly and the work was done just fine.
RESPONSE FROM Duct Cleaning Twin Cities:
Once again we extend our apologies. We had a flurry of jobs that week and one of our staff was out sick. Still no reason for it and that's why we made sure to get it done in a timely fashion, while still doing a thorough job. Next year when we come out, I guarantee that we will show up on time. Thanks again for your patience and your business.
