Well, it started with my salesman, Steve, from Hoffman heating and air who was wonderful. He walked me through everything having to do with my furnace, which was from 1948, and that meant they had to do a lot of different things. When he went through the cost, it was right on the money. There were no overages or anything like that.
The workers came when they said they would come to remove the old furnace and put in the new furnace and AC unit. They did all that in one day. They came back in the Spring to set up my air and sent somebody out to clean my ducts. Everything they said they would do for the amount of money I paid, they did. To me, that's great because I always run into companies that say one amount, then run into things they didn't anticipate, and I end up paying more. So I'm really happy with them.
