Dear Karl - I don't often complete surveys but this one I was happy to do. Your product has saved us thousands of dollars on a septic field that was installed in the 1950's. My husbands uncle put the system in when he built the cabin we now own in Northern Michigan so we had no idea what we were dealing with. We received several opinions from the health department, the septic service and a few companies installing new systems. They all told us we would have to get a new system and pump to the top of the hill because we were near the lake. All of this could be done for $11,000 to $17,000. Since we are only at our cabin a few months out of the year I didn't want to spend the money so I decided to do some research on the Internet and I am so glad I contacted you. We put it to the test over the holiday weekends with our kids and grandkids and it worked with no problems at all. My husband was skeptical but now he is a believer! Thank you so much for all of your guidance and support in answering all of our questions and concerns. I can't thank you enough for bringing this product to market!
