Thank you so much. When we first had problems we had our septic pumped - it was 20 degrees below zero. We were told the leach field was backing up into the holding tank and replacement was recommend. Looking for a solution not that expensive we chose Aero-Stream. We received excellent customer service at the time we ordered the product, during installation on a weekend and now even 45 days post. Due to temperatures and pipe size used in Alaska the effluent filters could not be installed. The sintered diffuser was installed in the septic tank. We initially reduced the water drainage but have since returned to normal use with no problems even at 40 degrees below zero. The tubing is buried only in the snow for the winter but works just fine. God Bless You, Lelan North Pole, Alaska
