We were at our wits end with septic problems, pumping every month to everyother month, jetting to stop the clogs between the house and the septic, the saturation in the garden area, low side was always mud. Flush the toilet or drain the tub, we just waited to hear the gurgling from the kitchen sink, knowing full well, that its time "to pump", again, grrrr.... Also the feeling of impending doom of spending $10 to $15 grand on a new system. NOW, 4 months later, we are ready to til the garden, the garden is dry...... we hear no gurgling from the kitchen sink, water levels in the drain fields are normal, the only thing we did hear, a post card from our septic pumper, stating it had been a few months we needed our septic pumped, well why so soon? LOL. I am totally amazed at the turnaround. For years I thought the only way to make the system work correctly was the bags of stuff to put down the drains to add bacteria, well NO, our system is old, and at one point, well maybe did some good, but its never been this good, since I bought this place in 1985. We always had it pumped once a year, just for precaution, and that probably helped, but again I say, this system has never worked as good as it does today, and I believe this will keep going as it is today and in the future. Sadly we have no pictures of the garden area saturated, possibly because when we installed the unit, it was in January, but secondly we pretty much wanted no documentation of the impending doom, but we have $1400.00 of bills for pumpings last year alone. We have one pumping this year, and that was the day we installed the unit in January as recommended from Areo-Stream. Thank you Karl and Areo-Stream for the product that works so amazingly and the complete backup garantee you offered us to try this amazing product, and the phone help and guidance for installation, made it a product we could install with ease. Some items you purchase, you purchase and your done, you can't reach anyone to speak to about the item you purchased they are to busy selling more, not Karl and Areo-Stream THEY were there for US, Karl called us, to see if we had any questions or could help in any way, and I Like that in a Company!
